Like most business offerings, the ACME Media audience can be segmented into several categories of people - of which each has a particular reason for coming to the site. The segments below are a combination of existing and potential customer-types and since each group has their own distinct needs and expectations, ACME Media can and should appeal to all of them as best as possible.
The ACME Media audience can be segmented into two basic groups (information providers and information recipients), and both of these can be further segmented as follows:
1) Information Providers
- Media-savvy clients: Communications/event management people looking for a hassle-free turnkey approach and other ACME Media service offerings
- Non media-savvy clients: Regular business owners who need help in managing their media effort in an easy and cost-efficient manner
- Tactical savvy or non-media savvy clients looking for a part of the solution: Just distribution, just writing services, just tracking, etc.
