The following sample assessments are intended only to give you an idea of the depth of examination and analysis that I go into when conducting a review.
As a marketing-communication expert, I first research details about your organization, such as what you do, who you serve and where your organization is headed. With this understanding, I review your site, role-playing the various scenarios for which people come to your site.
These sample reports have been edited for brevity and for client confidentiality:
- A Management Consulting Firm: The objective of this assessment was to look at both on and off-line marketing material (website and hard copy material) to help 'nail' the message.
- A National Industry Association: The goal here was to identify problems with respect to navigation, general organization, and to recommend ways to strengthen the member-value of the site.
- An Online Media Relations Firm: The client felt they were 'too close' to their website and simply needed an expert outside-opinion on what they could do, during their redesign, to make the site more powerful.
